The Comet 30 Series (TAV2 style) torque converter is a two-belt CVT that automatically varies gear ratio, giving your kart strong low-end torque off the line and higher speed at cruise without shifting.
It is the standard upgrade over a centrifugal clutch on 212cc builds, sized for engines up to roughly 8 HP with a 3/4 inch driver bore.
